How I Got Here

I’ve always been driven to build something meaningful. Not just a business, but work that creates lasting impact.

I began my career in accounting. The pressure was high and eventually it caught up with me. Burnout forced a reset and a rethink of how I approached work, growth and sustainability.

That experience changed my trajectory.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built, acquired and led multiple businesses. For the last 13 years, I’ve worked alongside founders and leadership teams navigating growth, complexity and inflection points.

Along the way, one truth became clear. Most businesses don’t lack effort. They lack alignment.

Strategy drifts. Execution scatters. Priorities multiply. Noise increases. Clarity becomes the lever.
